The lobby smelled overpowering with cheap cleaning products!!! Possible odor issues in hallways and rooms created an unpleasant atmosphere!!! Elevators often malfunctioning were a major inconvenience!!! Multiple cleanliness and maintenance improvements could significantly enhance guest satisfaction!!!

My room, number 218, had cleanliness issues. surfaces were dirty enough that I had to clean with Clorox wipes. The mini fridge had an unpleasant odor, and the tub bore visible rust, giving off a neglected feel. The swimming pool area needed serious attention as it appeared unkempt and the water was a concerning dark color.
